The inspiration for the animated music video draws from the bold, expressive style of South African festival music posters from the 2000s-2010s, particularly those for Oppikoppi, as well as the satirical work of Anton Kannemeyer. Additionally, Jack Parow's personal style, known for its humor and cultural relevance, was a key influence, helping to shape the video’s tone and visual identity.
